“Pictured in Time”, a retrospective solo exhibition of the photographs and artwork of Neil Harpe

The exhibit will feature photographs selected from hundreds of images Neil captured on film during a two-decade quest for visual reference material for his artwork, and a selection of the resulting watercolors and prints.  It’s Neil’s hope that his photos and artwork will give rise to fond faded memories of Annapolis and the surrounding region in simpler times just a few decades ago.
